SIGETA SmartMeteo Max 8-in-1 Wi-Fi is a feature-rich home weather station with a color display, built-in Wi-Fi, a 7-in-1 outdoor sensor array, an additional wireless temperature and humidity sensor, and TVOC air quality monitoring.
The station suits private homes, apartments, and country houses — anywhere you want a clear picture of current weather and what's coming next. One temperature and humidity sensor is included in the box, and the station supports up to three such sensors in total, letting you simultaneously monitor conditions in multiple rooms or zones: a bedroom, nursery, bathroom, greenhouse, conservatory, wine cellar, or workshop.
The system consists of a main unit, a wireless 7-in-1 outdoor multi-sensor, and a wireless temperature and humidity sensor. The outdoor multi-sensor measures temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed, wind direction, light intensity, and UV index. It is equipped with a solar panel that provides supplemental power during daylight hours, extending battery life.
A built-in barometer tracks atmospheric pressure changes and generates a weather forecast displayed as intuitive icons on the screen. A standout feature of this model is TVOC (total volatile organic compounds) monitoring, with air quality indicated by three color-coded levels: Good, Medium, and Poor. The station also evaluates indoor climate conditions and displays the comfort level using one of three emoji icons.
The included temperature and humidity sensor lets you monitor conditions in a separate room or zone. It has its own display, so it can also be used as a standalone thermo-hygrometer. Up to two additional sensors can be purchased separately to expand the number of monitoring points.
For deeper analysis, the station calculates several derived metrics: feels-like temperature, heat index, wind chill factor, and dew point. It also displays the current moon phase across 8 lunar stages.
Beyond weather monitoring, the station includes everyday essentials: a clock with automatic DST adjustment, a date and day-of-week calendar, and an alarm with a snooze function.
The station logs minimum and maximum values for all key parameters, allowing you to track trends over time. Directional trend arrows next to each reading give you an at-a-glance indication of whether a value is rising, falling, or holding steady. Configurable audible alerts notify you when any monitored parameter exceeds its set threshold.
All data can be viewed on the station's display or remotely via the SmartLife app on your smartphone. The app is part of the SmartLife smart home ecosystem built on the Tuya platform — it lets you manage multiple devices from a single account, adjust settings, and monitor live readings. Historical data is available as charts for trend analysis. With its built-in Wi-Fi module, the station integrates seamlessly into any SmartLife (Tuya) smart home setup and works alongside other compatible devices.
The main unit features a sleek, minimalist housing with touch controls. It can be placed on any flat surface using the fold-out stand or mounted on a wall via the rear hanging bracket. The color LCD delivers sharp contrast with clearly legible digits and icons. The backlight offers four modes: three brightness levels and off. When powered via the AC adapter, the backlight stays on continuously; on three AAA batteries, it activates manually and turns off automatically after 15 seconds.
Note that battery mode offers reduced functionality — batteries are recommended as a backup power source in case of a power outage. The outdoor multi-sensor is powered by its solar panel and three AA batteries; the temperature and humidity sensor runs on two AA batteries.
Important: for accurate readings, the wireless outdoor multi-sensor must be installed in an open, unobstructed location — such as a rooftop, terrace, fence, or open balcony.
