Perseus 70/800 is a lenticular telescope with first class optical performance. One of the parameters to look out for is the optimum lens diameter of 70 mm. The large aperture allows you to gather enough light and get a brighter picture compared to lenses with a smaller diameter.
The 800 mm focal length makes this telescope suitable for observing the Moon, bright stars and planets. A set of three objectives allows you to see objects at 40x (20 mm objective lens), 64x (12.5 mm) and 200x (4 mm).
The SIGETA Perseus telescope comes with everything you need, from the Barlow and rotating lenses to the classic aluminium tripod: strong and lightweight, with a height adjustable through the sliding sections. The telescope is very easy to use and understand, even for beginners, thanks to the ingenuous azimuthal mount.
Packaged in a gift box with a sturdy carrying handle.
