The Meridia 114/900 is an outstanding telescope offering high-quality image for observing celestial objects. It is constructed according to the Newtonian reflector scheme: it includes mirror reflectors. The focal range of the main mirror is 900mm and the diameter is 1.14m: consequently, the usable magnification of the device will not surpass 228x.

The telescope tube is made from metal and is fitted to a lightweight, user-friendly hand-held azimuthal mount.

The telescope is supplied with a set of eyepieces featuring optimally suited focal lengths ranging from 4 mm, 12.5 mm and 20 mm: they generate 225x, 72x and 45x magnification, respectively. The focuser diameter is 1.25" allowing the set to be supplemented with more specialized eye-pieces in the future.

The SIGETA Meridia telescope is supplied in a colourful gift box, making it a pleasure to show up at a company party or your best friend's anniversary party.
