The Eclipse 76/900 is the optimal telescope for amateur usage. Due to its long focal length (900 mm), it provides a powerful magnification with the supplied eyepieces: 45x with a 20 mm lens, 72x with a 12.5 mm lens and 225x with a 4 mm short-focal length lens.

The SIGETA Eclipse's main reflector has a diameter of 76mm and is powerful enough for visual observations of nebulae, constellations and other deep-space objects.

The telescope is mounted on a two-section aluminium tripod which stands stably on any surface. The telescope's mounting is azimuthal, easy to make and operate: this makes the model attractive in many respects, including its price.

The Eclipse can function as a telescope thanks to its cleverly designed equipment: the rotating lens of the telescope displays the original inverted image in a manner familiar to human perception. The entire Eclipse set comes in a colourful gift box.
