#65316 – Telescope SIGETA Andromeda 60/900

SIGETA Andromeda 60/900 is a classic refractor telescope mounted on an azimuthal mount. An excellent entry-level telescope for amateur astronomers that provides a detailed look at the Moon's surface and an opportunity to view the brightest stars.

The telescope's large focal length (900mm) gives powerful magnification with the supplied eyepieces. A magnification of 225x is achieved with the 4mm lens; 45x (20mm) and 72x (12.5mm) are available with the other eyepieces in the kit.

It is worth noting that the kit includes a 3x Barlow lens that can be used to increase the magnification of the eyepieces by up to three times. A rotatable 1.5x lens is also included: enabling the telescope to be used as a powerful spotting scope.

The Andromeda telescope is installed on a forked mounting that is straightforward and easy for the inexperienced user to operate. This construction is supported by an aluminium two-piece tripod.

The kit is delivered in a robust gift box with a comfortable carrying handle.
