The "Zoology" set consisting of 25 slides for biological microscopes is an excellent illustrative aid for the school biology course.
Among the slides are specimens of infusoria, coelenterates, worms, small insects like drosophila or ants, and body parts of large winged insects. Each slideset has a description sticker in English. A brochure with a list of slides from other SIGETA kits has also been added to the set.
Thanks to slides from "Zoology" one can, for example, compare the mouthparts of a female mosquito and a honeybee, see the smallest wing sections of a housefly or the wing structure of a butterfly.
The specimen glasses are stored in a wooden box with a clamp and fixed securely in individual slots, so there is no risk of damaging them during transportation.
