#65273 – Microscope SIGETA MB-307 40x-1000x LED Trino

The MB-307 40x-1000x LED Trino is a modern biological microscope for visual laboratory research and digital photography. The main features are achromatic optics, high quality LED illumination, fine focus and unplugged operation.

The trinocular microscope head consists of a tilt binocular (30° tilt angle, 48-75 mm viewing distance) and a vertically mounted photo adapter. A third optical port is provided for connection of a digital camera eyeglass with a standard mounting diameter of 23.2mm. A pair of WF 10x/18mm eyepieces is assembled according to the Kellner scheme, eliminating the influence of chromatic aberration on the result. The main optical surfaces of the eyepieces are coated with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating, greatly facilitating light transmission.

The nosepiece of the MB-307 40x-1000x LED Trino is designed for 4 objectives, the same number that is included with this model. The 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x lenses are parfocal and have a high level of aberration correction - an achromat. The inactive lenses in the nosepiece are always oriented towards the frame, so they don't interfere with slide manipulation on the slide platform.

The 100x lens is designed to work with immersion, so a flask of immersion fluid is also added to the kit. The aperture number of the 100x lens is 1.25, the same as the condenser aperture: this allows for a truly contrasting and sharp image, even at the maximum magnification. The condenser aperture is infinitely adjustable with the iris diaphragm slider; the distance from the front lens to the stage is adjustable within 1 cm.

The stage for the microsamples is equipped with micrometer calipers with Nonius scales and right hand coaxial control. Slide movement area is 7 cm left to right and 4.5 cm deep into the stage. A handy detail is the slide retainer with soft spring tension.

S-LED downlighting illuminates thin specimens with neutral white light without heating them up, even during long examinations. The light intensity is infinitely adjustable with a wheel at the base of the unit. Two methods of power supply are available: standard (220 V mains) and autonomous (rechargeable batteries). Comes with power supply and charging unit.
