SIGETA MB-304 40x-1600x LED Trino — a biological trinocular microscope with achromatic optics for laboratory research in transmitted light. It is ideal for training as well as for practical applications: examination of biological fluids, plant and animal tissue samples, study of histological preparations and cytological samples, basic bacteriological and microbiological tests.
Important feature of this model is the fact that it works from a 220 V mains supply or from three AA batteries (1400 mAh each). Other strong points of the microscope are the well thought out ergonomics allowing continuous and prolonged examinations.
The basis of the microscope is a solid and very robust metal housing. The trinocular head is equipped with four 10x and 16x coated eyepieces and can be rotated 360 degrees. For a comfortable viewing experience, the eyepiece tube is angled 30° in relation to the horizontal plane. The revolver-type attachment has four lenses with multi-layer anti-fungal coating for 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x. There is a clear fixation for each lens, and it is easy to rotate the head even with one finger.
The focus on the specimen is achieved by moving the stage in the vertical plane. The coaxial focus unit features macro, micro screws and a slide clutch. The positioning of the unit is very comfortable and requires almost no getting used to: you can operate intuitively. The slide is equipped with micrometric screws, a coordinate nonius, and a slide clamp. The entire specimen area can be examined.
The SIGETA MB-304 40x-1600x LED Trino microscope has a 1W LED bottom light with cool colour temperature and continuously adjustable brightness. The NA 1.25 height adjustable condenser with spherical aperture allows precise control of the transmitted light beam, achieving maximum contrast and brightness when viewed through the eyepiece. The optical system of the collector is free of spherical aberration and projects the light source into the condenser aperture plane.
