SIGETA MB-104 40x-1600x LED Mono — biological monocular microscope equipped with achromatic optics for laboratory research in transmitted light. The revolver-type nozzle is equipped with four lenses with multi-coated anti-reflective coating at 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x. Each objective has a clear fixation, and it is convenient to rotate the head even with one finger.
Focusing on the sample is achieved by moving the stage vertically. The coaxial focusing module is equipped with macro-, micro-screws and a sliding clutch. The arrangement of the unit is very comfortable and requires almost no getting used to: you can work at an intuitive level. The mechanical specimen mover is equipped with micrometric screws, coordinate nonius and a slide clamp. The specimen can be examined over its entire area.
The SIGETA MB-104 40x-1600x LED Mono microscope has a 1W lower LED illumination with a cool color temperature and infinitely variable brightness control. The height-adjustable NA 1.25 condenser with spherical aperture allows precise control of the transmitted light beam, achieving maximum contrast and brightness when viewed through the eyepiece. The optical system of the collector is devoid of spherical aberration and forms the image of the light source in the plane of the condenser aperture.
