SIGETA iMeter LF1000A - a laser rangefinder for geodetic and engineering work as well as hunting and other outdoor activities. Despite its considerable accessible distance of 1 km, it has the function of detecting the speed of objects (the longer the working range, the more difficult the speed test is to realise). The antifog coating of the lens has moisture-repellent properties, which ensures high-quality measurements under temperature changes.
In order to achieve design accuracy at maximum range, it is required the observed object to have a flat surface of at least 2m x 2m and this surface must be positioned perpendicular to the course of the beam.
Among the optical characteristics of the SIGETA iMeter LF1000A compact rangefinder it is worth mentioning the wide view field of more than 130 m at 1 km. Engineers will appreciate the device's ability to calculate the height of distant objects, the angle of the target-lens line and its horizontal projection. The most significant benefits for using the iMeter LF1000A during hunting are the speed measurement ability and the adequate power of the built-in battery.
It can be charged via the usb cable and is very economical with battery power: to prevent unnecessary battery consumption, the rangefinder switches itself off automatically after 10 seconds of inactivity. The rangefinder is supplied with a wrist strap and stylish carrying case with carabiner.
