SIGETA 58 SERIES 8mm is a versatile eyepiece for planetary observations with an ultra-wide 58° field of view and medium magnification. It provides comfortable viewing of giant planets and lunar surface under moderate visibility conditions, and is also suitable for initial targeting. The 16mm eye relief allows comfortable viewing while wearing eyeglasses.

The advanced Plössl optical design contains 6 lenses in 4 groups. Multi-layer coating on optical surfaces minimizes reflections and chromatic aberrations, ensuring maximum contrast. The fold-down rubber eyecup makes extended observations comfortable and protects against stray light.

The SIGETA 58 SERIES 8mm eyepiece features a standard 1.25" barrel diameter for compatibility with most telescopes. The metal alloy housing is complemented with rubberized grips. The threaded collar allows for filter installation.
