The SIGETA Superior 10-220x is a powerful digital microscope with a 6 cm (2.4") color LCD screen. This model can be powered by a built-in rechargeable battery and allows connection to a PC or TV screen via USB, HDMI and TV connectors. It includes a 4Gb micro SD card for autonomous photo and video recording, and a disc with photo processing software on your PC.
Magnification range of the device extends from 10x to 220x. Zoom and focus are chosen manually: the focal length is changed by turning the central drum, located deeper than the body trim level ( to avoid accidental resetting of the device). There are 6 LEDs around the lens: they consistently illuminate the specimen without influencing the color temperature of the image.
The sensor resolution of the SIGETA Superior 10-220x microscope is 3 MP, but can reach up to 12 MP thanks to digital interpolation. When connecting the instrument to a computer via USB connector, users can:
The software provided on the disc enables adding pictures and inscriptions, correcting the color balance, etc. on the photo. Furthermore, having calibrated the program grid at the selected magnification, micrometric measurements and various geometric parameters - angles, areas, circle lengths, etc. - can be done. The CaptureHD software does not require any system resources and is available for Mac and Windows.
Due to the high-contrast LCD screen, the SIGETA Superior 10-220x 2.4" LCD 1080P HDMI/USB/TV handheld microscope covers a wide range of applications. Installing the instrument on an adjustable stand, diagnostics of damages and production quality control are implemented.
