#65502 – Digital Microscope SIGETA Guru WiFi 10-200x 720P HD for iOS/ Android/ Windows

The SIGETA Guru WiFi 10-200x - one of the most innovative digital microscopes. It has the ability to connect to a smartphone or tablet via WiFi, at a magnification range of 10x-200x it generates high resolution photo and video images. Thanks to a WiFi module based on DHCP protocol, files can be streamed to mobile devices in real time, meaning your colleagues and friends will see the results of your experiments as soon as you receive them!

This lightweight and compact microscope comes with a metal tripod on a sturdy stand with a weighted base. The stand also serves as a specimen stage with an 8x7 cm millimeter dot patterned on its surface for easy specimen placement. Microscope movement along the stand is controlled by rotating the knob at the head of the stand to quickly and accurately adjust the focal length. The focus ring just behind the objective frame provides finer adjustments of focus.

On the housing there is a switch for USB and WiFi mode: in the first mode the microscope SIGETA Guru WiFi is connected to the PC cable connector via USB 2.0, for the other one the wireless connection technology is used.

In order to display photos and videos on the PC screen, we recommend using the software PortableCaptureHD, recorded on the disk included in the kit. As well as capturing images, it allows for the micrometric measurement of lengths, angles and circles, and for editing and storing files in standard formats.

For data transfer to an Android or iOS device, the WiFiCapture app, available at play.google.com and AppStore, needs to be installed.

Directional illumination of the samples is realised by 6 LEDs located around the lens, the brightness of which is infinitely adjustable with a wheel on the housing of the device. The backlight is powered by a high capacity lithium-ion rechargeable battery that can be charged from a computer via a USB cable. The Guru WiFi microscope has an approximately 2 hour operating time without recharging. Autonomy is the most important advantage of this model to digital microscopes which work only when connected to the USB port.
