Perfectly integrated, the SIGETA Forward is a tabletop digital microscope with a 10-500x magnification range, combining premium optics with a high-quality, high-resolution camera. It supports photo and video recording on MicroSD memory cards up to 32 GB storage capacity, and is connected to a computer through a USB port and a TV set through the AV output. It is powered autonomously by a built-in 1050 mA/h battery.

As the control panel of the instrument the frame of of the three and a half inch LCD screen is used. In the lower part of the frame you can find on/off buttons, file management and camera settings: you can adjust the exposure, the color balance and many other things in this menu.

A variable focal length lens is vertically positioned just underneath the display platform. The image sharpness is controlled by removing or bringing the objective table towards the objective lens: the symmetrical focusing knobs return without difficulties and move the stage evenly.

The objective platform features a millimeter marking (8 and 6 cm in different positions) and two simple clamps for fixing the specimen in the field of view of the lens. Due to the round LED backlighting, the central surface of the table is uniformly illuminated with neutrally white light.

The plastic housing of the microscope is supported by a wide base with a weight plate internally. A snapshot button is embedded on the stand, closer to the viewer. The table's movement while focusing and pressing the buttons will not shake the stand no matter how much effort is expended.
