The Sigeta CAM-07 is a high-end but easy-to-use USB microscope of variable magnification. It contains a sensitive digital camera with a 2 MP matrix, enables high-resolution photo and video streaming to a PC monitor and storage of files in JPG, BMP and AVI formats. It is connected with PC via USB port and does not use additional power supply.

The operating range of the instrument reaches from 10 to 230x, the focal distance extends from 500mm to 10mm correspondingly. The sharpness is adjusted manually by turning the focus ring, which is installed below the trim level: such position of the regulator makes it impossible unintentional factory resetting.

The Sigeta CAM-07 microscope optics is made of qualitative glass, with few layers of violet shade enlightenment on the surface of the entrance lens. Due to the high-power backlighting of 8 LEDs which are arranged round the lens rim, the microscope is appropriate not only for household, but also for professional use.

The CAM-07 is equipped for magnification of electronic microchips, crystals, rock fragments and other non-transparent objects. This model will be appreciated by collectors, jewelers, cosmetologists and other workers of the beauty industry in addition to technical specialists.

The microscope housing includes an anti-slip, soft-touch covering that protects the device from escaping from your hands when focusing. For comfortable long-term use, the device can be installed on a microscope stand with an adjustable tilt.

The CAM-07 is supplied with a disc including drivers for the camera and MicroCapture software for taking video and photos, gauging and modifying images. The language and interface, shutter speed and video processor amplifier can be chosen in the menu before proceeding. Linear, angular, area and circle length features are available at magnifications of 20 to 200x.

Please note: The CAM-07 specification was upgraded at the beginning of 2017. The latest version no longer supports Windows XP and disables the one-touch photo capture function on the housing: for creating photos, the button on the MicroCapture toolbar is designed. Meanwhile, the measurement method and the graphic editor options have been optimized.

Up to date the Sigeta CAM-07 usb microscope is the most affordable digital microscope applicable for household use and the current business tasks.
